Welcome to the Table

NOLA Seafood Bar and Lounge is bringing the bold, unforgettable flavors of Louisiana straight to LaPlace. We’re brand new to the neighborhood, but our food carries generations of Southern tradition — the kind of cooking that fills a house with the smell of simmering roux, charbroiled butter, and sweet tea on ice.

We opened our doors because this community deserves a place where great seafood, real Creole and Cajun cooking, and genuine hospitality all live under one roof — a spot where you can bring the whole family for Sunday brunch, or come back that same night for a seafood boil and good music with friends.

Our Food, Our Roots

Everything we serve is rooted in Louisiana’s kitchen traditions — slow-built gumbo, char-grilled oysters bubbling with garlic butter, po’boys piled high and dressed right, and seafood boils packed with shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes soaked in Cajun seasoning. We fry our catfish golden, we season our shrimp with a heavy hand, and we don’t cut corners on the roux.
Weekends bring our brunch menu to life — chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits, lamb chops and grits — because in our family, the best conversations happen over a slow Saturday morning plate.
